Hi again Ahmed,
I just subscribed to your Youtube and your blog. Great content 🙂 At the moment I’m struggling to find out what works for me. I tried everything over the years, some had great results but couldn’t make it a lifestyle due to very strict meal plan. As for fitness, well I’m at a loss as well, I want to just be able to go to the gym and not have to think and just do. Can’t seem to find a good workout plan to help me lose weight & get tone. Do I do cardio every day and lift weights every other day ??? or both on the same day…anyway these are some of my struggles along with trying to fit it in with being a good mom, wife, keeping the house in order, cooking for my family and going to work as well. On most days it feels like I need more hours in my day just to get crap done. I’m off this week so I’m going to try to find a plan to get me back on track before I have to go back to work.
If you have any suggestions I would love to hear it 🙂

Hi there! Very excited to know that other people out there are starting their weight loss journey. I’ve been very hesitant to start my YouTube channel, but plan to do so this week. I think it’s a good opportunity to move forward with everything and have accountability! For now, this blog is where I do that!

Thanks & yes you’re right it’s a hard journey with many ups and downs but I love a challenge and I’m determined to get to my goal and keep this healthy lifestyle.

I hear ya, I went through a few title changes before I settled on this one..lol
The way I look at it, as for myself this is a journey and a lifestyle change not a quick fix diet.
