Goals are a great thing to look forward too but when your goals are are to lose a lot of weight etc it’s easier to set small mini goals that are doable on a daily/weekly basis.
Join me on my weekly goals that I’ll be setting for myself. This week I decided to set a mini goal to workout 1 hour a day for 5 days this week. If I workout more then that’s a bonus and only good thing can stem from that.
